Please provide a clear description of your concern and a way to get in contact with you, including:
- Name of the program;
- Type of issue (e.g., garbling, captions cut off at certain times or on certain days, captions missing on certain episode of the programming);
- Website or application where you viewed the programming;
- Approximate time and date that the issue occurred; and
- Your name and contact information including, mailing address, email and phone number
Why can’t I switch between High Definition and Standard Definition?
All videos on the FOX NOW app adjust their resolution automatically based on the strength of your connection. There is no option to switch between standard definition and high definition, and there is no option to switch between 240p, 480p or 720p.
All we require is that your internet connection surpass a minimum download speed of at least 1.0 megabits per second (mbps).
